Absolutely! All our products are also available with one-time-purchase option.

We do our best to have enough stock to meet the demand, but in the rare event that we run out of the product / flavour that you have on your subscription, we can either ship out a different flavour or ship out the next closest product available in the market. We will only choose a quality Australian-made supplement from a reputed retailer to replace your order. You can also request us to hold / pause your subscriptions till we have the product/s back in stock.

You can control or change every single aspect of your subscription/s via the Self Service Customer Portal on our website, like:

  • Change shipping frequency (days/weeks/months)
  • Skip, fast forward, reschedule or pause next order
  • Swap products, quantities, sizes or flavours
  • Add a one-time product to existing subscription
  • Add or remove products to or from existing subscription
  • Pause, cancel or re-activate your subscription
  • Update payment or shipping details, and much more

Customer Self Service Portal

Access via the 'Manage my Subscriptions' link found either on the top left corner of the website header (or via the menu icon on a mobile device) or the footer menu to access your Customer Portal where you can freely manage your subscriptions.

  • If you’re already logged in, the 'Manage my Subscriptions' link will take you straight to your Customer Portal
  • If you’re not logged it, it will take you to a page with 2 buttons - 'Log in' and 'Get a login link'
  • If you already have an account, simply use the 'Log in' button. Once you're logged in, the 'Your Account' page will have a 'Manage Subscriptions' link that will take you to the Customer Self Service Portal
  • If you purchased as a guest and do not have an account, use the 'Get a login link' button, enter your email address and you will receive and email with a login link to the Customer Self Service Portal
  • On the Customer Portal home page, you will see all your see your next upcoming order
  • Click on the subscription you want to edit to reveal the Quick Action links
  • Click the ’Ship ASAP’ button and confirm your action
  • If you have multiple active subscriptions, click on the 'Subscriptions' tab and choose the subscription you want to edit
  • On the Customer Portal home page, you will see all your see your next upcoming order
  • Click on the subscription you want to edit to reveal the Quick Action links
  • Click the ’Skip Next Shipment’ link on the bottom and confirm your action
  • If you have multiple active subscriptions, click on the 'Subscriptions' tab and choose the subscription you want to edit
  • On the Customer Portal home page and click on the 'Subscriptions' tab
  • Click on the subscription you want to edit
  • Click the 'Cancel Subscription' link to reveal the 'Would you like to pause instead' prompt
  • Select how long you would like to pause your subscription for
  • Take note of the next shipment date, which will reflect the pause duration
  • Click 'Pause Subscription'
  • If you have multiple active subscriptions, click on the 'Subscriptions' tab and choose the subscription you want to edit
  • On the Customer Portal you will see all your active and canceled/inactive subscriptions, click on the subscription you want to edit
  • Click on the 'Swap Product' button at the bottom of the page to change the subscription product
  • Click on the arrow next to the 'Quantity’ box to update the quantity
  • Click on the arrow next to the 'Variant’ box to update the size and/or flavour

Absolutely! You can change the shipping frequency (to X number of Days, Weeks or Months) on your subscriptions any time within 24 hours of the shipping date (cutoff time).

  • On the Customer Self Service Portal, click on the 'Subscriptions' link under the logo/header (or access from the dropdown under the logo if on a mobile device)
  • You will see all your active and canceled/inactive subscriptions here, click on the subscription you want to edit
  • Click on the arrow next to the 'Order Frequency’ box to and select a number and then 'Days', 'Weeks' or 'Months'
  • On the Customer Portal, click on the 'Subscriptions' tab
  • You will see all your active and canceled/inactive subscriptions here, click on the subscription you want to edit
  • Click on the arrow next to the 'Next Order’ box to update the order shipment date
  • On the Customer Portal, click the 'Subscriptions' tab
  • You will see all your active and canceled/inactive subscriptions here, click on the subscription you want to edit
  • You will find the ’Cancel Subscription’ button at the bottom of the page

Please note that you will forfeit your locked-in pricing if you cancel your subscription. You cam always pause or delay your next order instead.

Of course! You can re-activate your cancelled subscription/s anytime you want.

  • On the Customer Portal, click the 'Subscriptions' tab
  • You will see all your active and canceled/inactive subscriptions here, click on the canceled/inactive subscription you want to edit
  • You will find the ’Re-Activate’ button right on the top

You sure can! You can add more subscription products or even one-time purchases to your existing subscription order.

  • On the Customer Portal, click on the 'Subscriptions' tab
  • You will see all your active and canceled/inactive subscriptions here, click on the 'Add a product' Button on the top left
  • From here you can search for the product you want to add and add it either as a subscription or one-time purchase

You can edit pretty much every single aspect of your subscriptions on the Customer Portal, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Billing details
  • Payment method
  • Email address
  • Add a discount code (if available)

Shipping & Returns

We try to dispatch our orders within 24-48 hours of placing an order (or subscription fulfilment date). Our shipping timeframes are specified in Shipping Policy.

Our warehouse dispatches orders every business day (Queensland).

We stand by our product quality, and are confident that you will love them. But for any given reason, if you are not happy with any of our products we have a '100% satisfaction or your money back' guarantee. Please let us know via the Contact Us page or email us at contact@nutriclub.com.au and we will make it right for you. You can also read our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page or email us at contact@nutriclub.com.au and as soon as possible and we will try our best to change your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If your order has already been fulfilled, you can refuse to accept the delivery and let us know. Once it gets delivered back to us we will issue a refund or resend you the product of your choice.

Please note that our products are perishable, and we can only accept a change of mind request within 3 days of you receiving your order.

All our supplements are manufactured locally in Queensland, Australia.

NutriClub supplies Australian manufactured, laboratory tested supplements with raw ingredient traceability. Our subscription platform offers easy recurring orders that get shipped to you without you having to visit stores or constantly reordering. It also gives you complete control over every aspect of your subscription so that you can manage your nutrition supply with extreme ease.

We try and keep price increases to the minimum, but as you can understand they are bound to happen at some stage. When you sign up for any subscription, you get a price lock-in for 6 months to 1 year (depending on the subscribed product/s, subscription value and the rate of increase) on your subscribed product/s.
